As you probably noticed, we don’t have the traditional ‘search for listings’ feature on our website, and that is intentional. The truth of the matter is that you don’t need a real estate agent to find publicly available properties - they’re all over the internet. We take a different approach. A bespoke approach to your next home purchase (and sale). For that reason, the first step is to schedule a free consultation where we will assess your goals and see if there may be a fit for us to work together. Once we decide to move forward, we will set you up on a personalized property search and also curate properties for you, whether they are on the public market or privately listed, to find you a property that meets all of your goals.
When you’re buying a home, there are typically no out of pocket fees paid by you to your real estate agent, as brokerage fees are borne by the seller in almost all cases. The actual fee paid by the seller is dependent upon many things in the transaction. For buyers and sellers, however, there are closings costs associated with a purchase and sale, as well as other fees to service providers, lenders, taxes, and other items. During our consultation, we will prepare and review an ‘estimated closing statement’ with you that will outline all of your expected fees and costs so that you can be fully informed before commencing your transaction.
