The home’s Italian style is accentuated through the he home was originally designed by architect Wallace Frost in the 1930s. The home was much later renovated by architect, John Saldino, who then sold the home in 2012. The home was purchased by New Zealand mogul, Tom Sturgess for $16.5 million who later sold the home for a huge profit to Ellen and Portia for $28.8 mil. Whew! What a tongue twister.
