Beyoncé and Jay Z, say “Goodbye” to your $150/k-ish per month rental and say hello to homeownership in L.A. (or at least we’re hopeful.) The couple has made yet another offer on a spectacular home – this time in Bel Air according to Page Six. This off market listing is ask $135 million.
This palatial home lies on a private cul-de-sac near Bel Air’s East Gate. The home stands with six structures across 1.56 acres with a total of 30,000 square feet. It features 8 bedrooms, 4 swimming pools, bullet proof windows, and a laundry list of amenities.
It has been said by a source to Page Six that “no expense was spared in design or execution.” It was completely rebuilt in 2013 by the Irish firm McKillen Development and designed by the noteworthy designer, Paul McClean.
After several alleged attempts to put offers on homes in the past, finding a home has not been easy for the megastar couple. It has been said that the Carters were outbid for homes by both the Minecraft creator, Markus Persson, and designer, Tom Ford. As the couple expects twins in the very near future, we’re hoping for Bey, Jay and little Blue Ivy, that the third time is a charm!
